Jubilee Church

Jubilee Church is a young, dynamic, forward-thinking church that came across a great deal on an unusual piece of real estate. So when they came to us asking, “How do we transform an old funeral parlor into a church?”, we knew that we had been gifted with a great client! Figuratively and literally, we transformed this building from a place of death to a place of life, a new ministry center for our friends.

Leaving the beautiful Mission-style exterior exactly as we found it, we turned the interior spaces into clean, modern spaces for worship, fellowship, child care, and staff offices. Where possible, we left in place the beautiful plaster ceiling work from the original parlors. The contrast of old and new gives the entire building a richness that is difficult to find in new construction.
