To maintain its rich architectural heritage, the community of Gahanna, Ohio, requires new buildings to hold strictly to the design language of Colonial Revivalism.
The formal brick and trim aesthetic lend the design a traditional, comforting street presence. The building features luxurious courtyards and inviting outdoor spaces, along with Spectrum’s usual array of resident-favorite amenities including a bistro, movie theater, fitness center, salon, and restaurant-like dining experience.
