Meet Todd Donze
As one of our Associate Principals, Todd is always busy managing projects and helping others with their tasks as well. He is managing Dover Development’s portfolio of Cedarhurst Senior Living projects including four in Kansas and one in Wentzville, Missouri. Construction was just completed on another of his projects, Mother of Perpetual Help Memory Care Addition. Todd is passionate about designing homes for our elders, which is reflected in his portfolio of projects. Thanks for all you do for us at Vessel, Todd!
Outside of the office, Todd’s been working hard designing and building his new home with his entire family’s help. Growing up helping his father most summers at Donze Construction, Todd and his dad have worked most nights and weekends to make his dream a reality. Their parish and school, St. Agnes, holds a huge part of their hearts, where Todd went and where his kids now go too. He is on their marketing and building committees, coaches soccer, and helps organize and chair the school auction. He and his wife Kristen even donated two dinners for 20 for the auction where Todd showcased his Blackstone grilling skills!
His family loves the Blues and Cardinals and tries to make it out to at least one game per season. Todd also enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and traveling. They just recently went to Florida with friends, but hope to visit the Smokey Mountains soon!
