Westerra Credit Union came to Vessel after an old client and friend, a fellow Jayhawk, joined the firm.
Westerra’s newest branch required an interior renovation of an existing space the company leased. We helped them develop a new modern design that can be used and modified for new branches in the future. The design features new-age, top-of-the-line equipment to create a better banking experience and financial community for their clients. This project required moving and adding walls and doors, ceiling changes, and replacing all the flooring.
Westerra is working toward a digital model for banking. This location offers ITM machines that feature a virtual assistant, in place of a traditional bank teller. This simplifies the banking process and allows staff personnel to focus on loan assistance and supporting clients’ goals.
