Algonquin Senior Living

Spectrum asked us to re-imagine and re-design their prototype facility to make their facilities fresh and relevant to modern senior residents. We were thrilled to have the challenge and tackled the design by modernizing virtually every detail.

We introduced a new porch and porte cochere in the front, modern balcony and rail systems, “restaurant” eating experiences instead of “dining rooms”, and outdoor spaces that invite and promote community! Revit, Enscape 3D for visualization, and Building Information Modelling were used to great effect from Schematic Design right through Construction Documents.
