How we do it:

What does the process look like?

  • Approvement from the Planning or Development Review Board

  • Pre-application must comply with local code

  • Approval of the design

  • A hearing, usually in the form of an open house, with the neighborhood

Vessel will walk you through these steps and create a cohesive timeline that helps guide the process smoothly, along with helping to produce the necessary documents for entitlement.

Deliverable:

  • Land Use Pre-Application meeting

  • Application submission with all documents

    • This can be returned to the applicant for corrections
