Richard D. Prahl, P.E. | Director | St. Charles Assembly of God Building Committee

It is my privilege to recommend Vessel Architecture for your architectural/planning requirements. Vessel Architecture developed and delivered a master plan for a phased expansion to our recently converted auto dealership to the new St. Charles First Assembly of God church (SCFA) located on the north frontage road of I-70 and I-370. Peter Schwartz worked very closely with Brian Van Winkle to develop a phased plan to modify and expand our existing building to meet the growing needs of our congregation.

Vessel went through an extensive interview process with our staff and ministry leaders. They met several times with the SCFA building committee to determine the needs of the church and brought their experience and expertise to bring valuable recommendations for the committees approval. In addition, they visited  the church during a normal Sunday to study traffic patterns and identify space constraints of the existing facility.

With the information gathered through the site visits and personal interviews with staff leaders Vessel Architecture produced a very professional Master Plan study that met the requirements of the church building committee and congregation.

I found it a pleasure to work with Brian and Peter who were both very professional, easy to work with, and sensitive to the constraints of the church budget.

I would not hesitate to recommend Vessel Architecture for your next church master planning and/or building architectural needs.
