Creve Coeur Assisted Living & Memory Care
Similar to our experience at Highpointe, this project challenged us to design a desirable community, on a very small site, in an urban context.
Our experience at Highpointe perfectly prepared us to adapt our new prototype to a similar site in St. Louis. The highly desirable community of Creve Coeur had very few pieces of open ground, but we designed the site and the building plans to successfully accommodate both assisted living apartments and memory care units.
