We faced some of our most challenging code issues on this project, specifically, building a wood-frame building in the state of Texas, given the number of stories, and use, of the building. Our expertise in building codes helped us successfully navigate the complexities with both local and state code officials, providing them with a tremendous level of highly detailed communications, showing what was possible in a safe building.
