Reduced Cost Floor/Ceiling Assembly for Senior Living

We often see other architects specify a floor/ceiling assembly that requires two sheets of drywall on the ceiling. But if you look hard enough (and we have), you can find this assembly that only requires one layer, dramatically reducing both material and labor costs! We estimate this could generate as much as $300,000 savings on a large project. Add that to a few other tricks we have up our sleeves, and you might just avoid VE on our next project together!
