WISE LIVE WORK is a 55+ IL community designed to enhance and support the independent lifestyle of modern elders.  This mixed-use development features carefully curated retail tenants, flexible co-working office space for local entre & senior-preneurs, and modern apartment-style living with highly relevant lifestyle amenities. Concierge service offers food from local eateries, rides to local shopping, arrangements for medical care, and more.  Coffee, sandwiches, and light meals are available on-site at the café that is also open to the public. 

IL Convertibility 

Careful design allows the building to be converted to Independent Living with minimal cost or disruption. The community space is configured so that it can be converted from social space to a restaurant-themed dining experience.  Adjacent space has the capacity and infrastructure to add a full central kitchen. 

AL Convertibility 

Studio Apartments can be converted into Assisted Living units by simply removing cooktops. Staff & programming space can be added by converting co-work office space.
