Project Feature: Cedarhurst of Wentzville
Cedarhurst of Wentzville is officially open as Cedarhurst’s newest community designed to redefine senior living.
This new prototype incorporates independent living into Dover Development’s existing assisted living and memory care model and features a combination of two and three-story construction. The second-floor amenity spaces overlook a large courtyard and walking paths around the site help residents maintain a healthy lifestyle.

47 Assisted Living apartments
21 Memory Care suites
This was a fantastic project to design and see come to fruition. We can't wait to see the residents flourish there.
