The Pavilion at Camelback, a planned luxury assisted living and memory care community in Scottsdale, Arizona, was recently submitted for permit. The building will feature a modern take on a Southwest-style design with cream stucco walls, red tile roofs, and large windows to let in natural light.

The community will offer a range of amenities, including a courtyard, health club, theater, salon, activity spaces, restaurants, and a sky deck.
