The Pavilion at Camelback
Just down the street from Old-Town Scottsdale, and right across the street from the San Francisco Giants’ practice facility, this senior living oasis nestles appropriately into the heart of the city.
We worked closely with the neighbors and the City of Scottsdale to design a building that responds to the mixed urban and residential context of the surrounding community. Satisfying local building codes and state licensing requirements in this area of the country proved particularly challenging, leading us to a half wood-framed and half metal framed hybrid construction type.
Upon completion, this building will be home to 103 total units of assisted living and memory care.
