Meet Lindsay Straatmann
Associate Principal Lindsay Straatmann has been actively managing several exciting projects here at Vessel. Cedarhurst of Wentzville just celebrated its official opening. At Holliday Farms Senior Living, construction is well underway, with exterior brick currently being installed, and drywall is starting to go up in the interior. New Community Church also just celebrated its grand opening on Mother’s Day! Lindsay spearheaded the new design, which included a complete update of the flooring, paint, and finishes, as well as some reconfiguration of the layout. Additionally, she is putting her design muscles back to good use working on a new multifamily project in St. Charles.
Outside of the office, Lindsay has been just as busy. She and her son Alvin just went to Asheville, North Carolina, to visit her dad for his birthday. They are now planning a side-by-side trip to Colorado this summer, and the plan is to drive out there in their camper. She is continuing to bake through her cottage bakery, Tailgate Treats STL, and she is creating custom items with her laser cutter for her other business, Moore Incognito. She has also been improving her garden this year, including converting an old truck into a planter!
