Project Feature: The Pavilion at Camelback

Just down the street from Old-Town Scottsdale and right across the street from the Arizona Cardinals practice facility, this Senior Living oasis nestles appropriately into the heart of the city. We designed this community to mesh well with the mixed urban and residential context of the surrounding neighborhood. The community will have 78 assisted living units and 26 memory care units when completed. 

We, along with one of our favorite clients, Spectrum Retirement, are eagerly awaiting the start of construction on this community.
