Project Update: Holliday Farms Senior Living
Construction on our newest senior living project, Holliday Farms, is moving along steadily. Brick masonry installation is well underway, windows are in, and the asphalt shingle roof has been completed. Deck construction is progressing, and insulation and drywall are being installed in the Assisted Living units. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems continue to advance, with door installation coming up next.
Located in Zionsville, Indiana—a vibrant and growing northwest suburb of Indianapolis—this project is part of a larger wave of development in the area, and we’re proud to contribute to that momentum.
We designed the building to reflect the architectural character of the area, drawing inspiration from the nearby Holliday Farms Country Club to create a thoughtful and contextual design.
The facility will offer a full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, with a range of resident- and family-friendly amenities:
Two gyms, including one with an indoor pool
A community center with a fully functioning kitchen for resident gatherings
Distinct dining experiences tailored to each level of care
Activity centers and lounges throughout the building
Dedicated bistros for both AL and IL residents
Two theaters, one each in the AL and IL wings
Full-service salons in all three care levels
Beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens and amenity spaces
Outdoor patios for dining and relaxation in both AL and IL
Private balconies for all IL apartments

Holliday Farms is on track for completion in April 2026, and we can’t wait to see this community come to life.
